The plain-English agreement for using Evidence Room and this website.
Evidence Room is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. The game, its stories, characters, artwork, and audio belong to Haro LLC.
Season unlocks are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple under their terms. Purchases restore on any device signed into the same Apple Account via “Restore Purchases” in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple through their standard process.
Don’t rip the assets, resell the game, or use it for anything unlawful. Spoiling whodunit for your friends is legal, but frowned upon.
The game and site are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep everything running, but we can’t promise uninterrupted, error-free service, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.
If these terms change materially, we’ll note it here with a new date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
